With respect to just “curious” readers seeking TRUTH as compared to more in-depth truth-learning students, the format of FDTP Papers is modified to present in the first part (Part I) of posted Paper(s) the celestial discussions on various topics while the second part of posted Papers (Part II) is dedicated to more in-depth analysis of various previously discussed topics about GOD and Universe such as PUMA (Physical Ulti-Mate Atom) energetics etc.

“…You who are spiritually sensitive enough to even be here in such a meeting are aware that there’s great change afoot regarding the footing of civilization and spirituality. There are many changes happening rapidly as though the experiment has been accelerated. When much change occurs rapidly there is the opportunity to use that circumstance as a fulcrum point to guide the circumstance to settle out in a more divine pattern or in a higher way when it comes to rest again. This is the rearranging of matter and of energy. You do this as you go around creating things on the material plane. Now consider the impact you might have in the spirit dimension.
You’re becoming familiar with the significance of conditioning your environment, the environment in which you are working with intention, with forethought, with purpose, so that you gain great confidence in the results of whatever your circumstance is because you have pre-gamed the experience and have gone through the motions in preparation. You have conditioned the environment to make it conducive and compatible. It’s a simple matter to do and one that is effective when directed with significant intention to focus and create in your mind, in your experience beforehand, the results you would like to see and such a visualization is creativity in motion.
It is the beginning steps to actualization. This is how you can literally visualize a new world and fashion it before you. This is your birthright. This is your inheritance as children of Creators. Your prayers, as you mentioned early in the discussion, are indeed significant. Whether they are live, as in now, us sharing ideas back, or whether it is internal and sporadic, the point is to seek the connection so that more divine pattern may be granted to you. A better way may appear, a great advance may be made in figuring out how to solve a problem. If you will just follow me in my efforts to go apart, go into the stillness and seek to commune with the Father Within. The Fragment of the Father that is within is your touchstone, that is your way back to your Divine Creator and a direct line to the Father with His infinite wisdom.
You too at any point may seek such counsel for yourselves. When in considering your direction, the appropriateness of your intentions, the significance of your dedication, you are about creating the reality that is before you and the key is in your awareness that this is so. Then you may choose to focus your intentions for more intentional creating, for more purposeful and meaningful choices coming from your desire always to seek a higher way and counsel with divine influence such as you engage in even now. I would like to leave you with a prayer. Since we are discussing the efficacy of prayer I invite you to join me in celebration of this gathering, of the occasion of this gathering, and of all of you faithful stewards of spirit who are responding to my call and following me even now…

DIVINE GOD is EXISTENTIAL and as such is OMNI-PRESENT, OMNI-POTENT, OMNI-SCIENT and harmonized to OMNI-PERFECTION by ITs THOUGHT CREATIVE POTENTIAL (TCP) constantly creating and re-creating I AM SELF by ITs Spirit Energy Life Force.
I AM – AeM – Absolute Electro-Magnetic; SELF – Spirit Energy Life Force.
As stated in previous FDTP Papers, Divine TCP pressure/tension has initiated the singularity or Aton (Alfa-septon), UB called, 1st Center and Source (1C&S) or Universal Father.
“YIN–YANG KARMA” – It was also discussed in previous FDTP Papers, that every ACTION causes RE-ACTION to re-establish the previous God’s status of divine harmony, and so is with Spirit Thoughts Action where through 1st C&S (Action -Universal FATHER) Upper Spirit Paradise has caused instant re-action in what is called in UB, Lower /Nether Paradise (Re-action MOTHER). Paradise Father-Mother God are in-circuited as One in realization of 1st C&S creative thoughts while are de-circuited in peripheral super-universes manifesting through universes the energy action–reactionvortices named Male and Female UMAs (ANU-MAL – imperfect ANU) and as Physical Ulti-MAte (PUMA) energy patterns as observed by Theosophists (see below refs and P 2.)
Universal Father is SELF-KNOWING and SELF-CONSCIOUS of every aspect of SELF created universe down to smallest human measurable physical energy unit ULTIMATON (smallestmeasurable septenary holographic vortex energy particle having Paradise spirit-energy pattern).

EXAMPLE OF HOLOGRAPHIC VORTEX PATTERN (LTP Paper #53)
In scientific terms, vortices are bi-directional holographic energy whirlwinds that pull in various forms of energy/matter from one end, spin them around and then send them out from the other end. This is graphically presented in a very simplified fashion in below Picture 2. as the example of the whirlpool holographic vortex energy flow.

A.Bessant and C.W.Leadbeater have clairvoyantly detected and described two types of PUMAs, structurally existing as the universe enantiomorphic forms (EPR law ) or inverse mirror image of each other:

If it is made to vibrate as a whole…it will give one of the seven colors (at its frequency)”.
“As the words “ultimate physical atom” must frequently occur, it is necessary to state what we (authors, theosophists) mean by the phrase.”
42:1.2 (467.4) Matter — energy — ,,,The ultimaton, the first measurable form of energy, has Paradise as its nucleus.
42:1.2 (467.4) Matter—energy—for they are but diverse manifestations of the same cosmic reality, as a universe phenomenon is inherent in the Universal Father. “In him all things consist.” Matter may appear to manifest inherent energy and to exhibit self-contained powers, but the lines of gravity involved in the energies concerned in all these physical phenomena are derived from, and are dependent on, Paradise. The ultimaton, the first measurable form of energy, has Paradise as its nucleus.”
Paradise ultimatonic energy pattern is present also within evolving man’s heart nucleus from which spirit is expanding its prompting outwards influencing evolution and ascension of evolutionary human mind. (P 3.)

Any gaseous chemical atom may be dissociated into less complicated bodies; these, again, into still less complicated; these, again, into yet still less complicated… After the third dissociation but one more is possible; the fourth dissociation gives the ultimate physical atom. This may vanish from the physical plane, but it can undergo no further dissociation on it.
In this ultimate state of physical matter two types of atoms have been observed; they are alike in everything save the direction of their whorls and of the force which pours through them. In the one case force pours in from the “outside”, from fourth-dimensional space or the astral plane, and passing through the atom, pours into the physical world. (P 4.)

In the second, it pours in from the physical world, and out through the atom into the “outside” again, i.e. vanishes from the physical world. The one is like a spring, from which the water bubbles out; the other is like a hole, into which water disappears.
We call the atoms from which force comes out POSITIVE or MALE/Initiating Action/; those through which it disappears, NEGATIVE/Re-Action/ or FEMALE. (P 5.)

All atoms, so far as observed, are of one or other of these two above forms.
9:5.5 Primary Master Force Organizers are the manipulators of the primordial or basic space-forces of the Unqualified Absolute; they are nebulae creators. They are the living instigators of the energy cyclones of space and the early organizers and directionizers of these gigantic manifestations. These force organizers transmute primordial force (pre-energy not responsive to direct Paradise gravity) into primary or puissant energy, energy transmuting from the exclusive grasp of the Unqualified Absolute to the gravity grasp of the Isle of Paradise. They are thereupon succeeded by the associate force organizers, who continue the process of energy transmutation from the primary through the secondary or gravity-energy stage.
42:4.3 The power centers and their associates are much concerned in the work of transmuting the ultimaton into the circuits and revolutions of the electron. These unique beings control and compound power by their skillful manipulation of the basic units of materialized energy, the ultimatons. They are masters of energy as it circulates in this primitive state. In liaison with the physical controllers they are able to effectively control and direct energy even after it has transmuted to the electrical level, the so-called electronic stage. But their range of action is enormously curtailed when electronically organized energy swings into the whirls of the atomic systems. Upon such materialization, these energies fall under the complete grasp of the drawing power of linear gravity.
42:4.14 The quantity of energy taken in or given out when electronic or other positions are shifted is always a “quantum” or some multiple thereof, but the vibratory or wavelike behavior of such units of energy is wholly determined by the dimensions of the material structures concerned. Such wavelike energy ripples are 860 times the diameters of the ultimatons, electrons, atoms, or other units thus performing. The never-ending confusion attending the observation of the wave mechanics of quantum behavior is due to the superimposition of energy waves: Two crests can combine to make a double-height crest, while a crest and a trough may combine, thus producing mutual cancellation.
42:5.14 The so-called ether is merely a collective name to designate a group of force and energy activities occurring in space. Ultimatons, electrons, and other mass aggregations of energy are uniform particles of matter, and in their transit through space they really proceed in direct lines. Light and all other forms of recognizable energy manifestations consist of a succession of definite energy particles which proceed in direct lines except as modified by gravity and other intervening forces. That these processions of energy particles appear as wave phenomena when subjected to certain observations is due to the resistance of the undifferentiated force blanket of all space, the hypothetical ether, and to the intergravity tension of the associated aggregations of matter. The spacing of the particle-intervals of matter, together with the initial velocity of the energy beams, establishes the undulatory appearance of many forms of energy-matter.
42:5.15 The excitation of the content of space produces a wavelike reaction to the passage of rapidly moving particles of matter, just as the passage of a ship through water initiates waves of varying amplitude and interval.
42:8.1 While gravity is one of several factors concerned in holding together a tiny atomic energy system, there is also present in and among these basic physical units a powerful and unknown energy, the secret of their basic constitution and ultimate behavior, a force which remains to be discovered on Urantia. This universal influence permeates all the space embraced within this tiny energy organization.
42:8.2 The interelectronic space of an atom is not empty. Throughout an atom this interelectronic space is activated by wavelike manifestations which are perfectly synchronized with electronic velocity and ultimatonic revolutions. This force is not wholly dominated by your recognized laws of positive and negative attraction; its behavior is therefore sometimes unpredictable. This unnamed influence seems to be a space-force reaction of the Unqualified Absolute.
